These resources have been compiled to support the implementation of the Requirements of Participation in PointClickCare. The system assessments will be added to databases in November and will require the addition of triggers (see the Help File below). 

The dashboard view is an option use of the current dashboard features to assist with resident review of the plan of care (including chart, medication orders, and care plan goals). The Facility Assessment template with PointClickCare reports can be tailored to your facility without permission from PointClickCare. 

PointClickCare Products Supporting RoP (Subscription Required)

These two products can support the implementation of the ROP but require a subscription at an additional cost. Analytics will assist with QAPI and the facility assessment. SmartZone will assist in the tracking and execution of in-services and training to support the new staff education requirements. 

QIO Facility Assessment Resource

This template can be used for completing the facility assessments and was provided by the QIO. This document was used in the creation of the PointClickCare formatted facility assessment document.
